Conditions for Returning a Product

For your plush toy to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following requirements:

✔ Be in the same condition in which you received it.
✔ Not have been used or handled.
✔ Have all original tags and packaging intact.
✔ Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the product was received in good condition, with no defects or damage, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. This cost may vary depending on the country. We recommend contacting us before starting a return so we can provide you with the correct instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can assist you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Want to make an exchange? The fastest way is to:

  1. Return the original item.

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
